It has been a long time...
I've been really busy. I'm sorry!
This piece is not recent. It was something I made some time ago, when I was trying to learn more about my tablet (Wacom Volito). I like it but I know that it could be much better. Now I've more experience...
Anyway, I decided to put it on my journal and some friends told me to submit it. So, here it is.
It's freehand, made with a tablet in Photoshop 6.0
Like I said, I'm really happy that you've submitted it...
it can have multiple meanings, and I like how it looks like some sort of roots, or burial, or the denial of the body caused by the calling of the plant-like roots that are trying to carve within the subject's body for nurture of their vampiresque needs...
It really is great in terms of interpretations, and for that alone it stands out in the crowd!
i completetly love this... is very... i yet dont find teh adjective to address it by... which hoently confuses me... Is entitled "resistencia" which is spanish for "endurance" yet it shows a 'woman' behind bars victim of imprisonment and being visited by a full o flifef creation of fluent plant like figures... humm ointeresting... needs more thinking... why? cuz i love it... it puzzles me... and probably reflects me...
You already know how I love this tremendously Paula... it's magnificent and beautiful and such a great piece. I love the figure of the woman below and the shading of her elongated body... the concept is so intriguing.
This is awesome! I loved how you covered the breast with the windowsill borders, shows you planned it well, something about how she's so thin.. attracts me too it *ehem* the picture, not her. Good stuff Paula

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
